At CXS, we believe the best way to drive innovation is through a combination of research and technology, supported by cross-competency teams.
Last week in Cyberjaya, our team of experts came together from all over the planet to collaborate on setting the agenda for our research-based programmes. Representatives from Norway, Asia, Western and Eastern Europe and Oceania gathered in Kuala Lumpur to align our international research programmes.
This was a unique opportunity to bring together our talented team of experts to dig into issues that will help design and implement solutions that can truly drive human development in the face of future workforce and education challenges.
Key topic covered during our three day session included:
- Applications of global entrepreneur competency frameworks for developed and developing countries
- Design of AI-components and machine learning to improve outcomes in national human development programmes
- A round up of current research into global employability frameworks
- The use of data and statistical modeling to improve user experiences and outcomes
To wrap up the event, we ran our own vip24 team mapping exercise so that participants could have the deep insight into our global team dynamics and leverage them to foster effective collaborations based on our collective strengths.
