How we understand the “self”

In education

We empower educators with analytics based on indicators developed by leading academic researchers to help them understand the issues affecting learners both inside and outside the classroom. We look holistically at learners to identify such issues as bullying, self-efficacy, sleep patterns, critical thinking skills and digital skills to enable educators to make effective decisions on to how to improve the quality of education at their place of learning using validated, evidence-based data.

In the workforce

To be successful in the coming post-industrial revolution, individuals will need to develop a deep understanding of not only their skillsets but also what motivates them and how they can find meaning and purpose in work. This will become increasingly important as operational and functional roles are replaced or transformed by AI, robotics and automation.

Using a unique profiling system that blends John Holland’s career theories, Jung’s personality models based on the work by Myers-Briggs and positive psychology, we map individuals, teams and organizations to help them boost performance, optimize organizational culture, and manage talent. This unique profiling system focuses on a holistic view of the individual, recognizing the “24-hour person” rather than simply the individual in the workplace.

The vip24 Wheel of Coherence used to profile individuals and organizations

For nation-building

We help government agencies power human development for nation-building by using analytics to bridge the gap between education and employability. Our solutions bring together data that typically exist in silos. The guiding principle is focused on true lifelong learning where individuals find meaningful and purposeful work throughout their entire career.

CXS Solution: Integrated Data Ecosystem

We profile graduates entering the workforce through job fairs and university programmes and map their skills, competencies and interests. Using this data, we connect graduates and job seekers with jobs and training programmes that are aligned to their interests, qualifications and competencies.

Companies can access talent using automated recruitment solutions which allow them to find the right people not only for a specific role but also for a specific team or for a fit within an overall organizational culture.

Based on these data sets, we can enable government agencies with data and analytics on their national workforce to inform policy frameworks to drive economic development and human potential. Our analytics can show policy makers where skills gaps exist but also how effective policies are in closing those skills gaps by measuring the gap between education and employability over time.

By linking the data on individual job seekers, enterprise recruiting and government frameworks, CXS is uniquely placed to empower decision makers to drive human development at a national level, backed by evidence-based analytics.
